No wallet or deposit. The authorisation is for one year and is reviewed every year. Any change in charges is told to you in advance and does not apply to certificates already issued.

Responsibilities

Your centre

Teach genuinely, enter correct student, fee and result details, and request a certificate only after the course and test are completed. No blank, backdated or fake certificates. You keep your centre's own name and show it as an authorised centre of Guru Computer Institute.

Guru Computer Institute

Give you the centre panel and your page on the website, review certificate requests, issue approved certificates, keep them verifiable online, and help you by phone and WhatsApp during office hours.

Who issues the certificate

Certificates are issued by Guru Computer Institute, Raja Ka Tajpur, Bijnor, a private institute. Your centre's name is printed on the certificate as the study centre. These are private certificates of Guru Computer Institute: they are not government certificates and are not NIELIT, NCVET or university qualifications. Online verification shows that a certificate is genuine; it is not a government approval. Our registrations are listed on the Accreditation page.

Is this government approved?

No. These are private certificates of Guru Computer Institute with online verification. Please do not tell students they are government certificates.

Will you send students or give jobs?

No. Admissions, placements and income are not guaranteed. The programme gives you the panel, certificates and verification.

When is a certificate issued?

Only after the student completes the course and test, and we review the request. There are no instant certificates.

Do I have to pay anything to join?

No. Joining is ₹0. You pay ₹300 only for each certificate that is issued.

Do I have to change my centre's name?

No. You keep your own name. You may show "Authorised centre of Guru Computer Institute".

What if I want to leave?

You can leave as written in the agreement. Certificates already issued stay verifiable on our website.

Information we collect

  • Details you give us in admission, enquiry, feedback and checkout forms: name, parents' names, mobile number, email, address, date of birth, qualification and the course you choose.
  • Documents you give at admission (photo, ID proof, marksheet), kept privately and seen only by institute staff.
  • Your course progress, exam results, fee payments and certificates.
  • When you pay online: the order and payment reference from Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI PIN or bank login. Payments are handled by Razorpay.

How we use it

  • To admit you, run your classes or online course, issue receipts and certificates, and let anyone verify a certificate you share.
  • To contact you about your course, fees, exams and notices by phone, WhatsApp, SMS or email.
  • To keep the website safe (for example, limiting repeated form submissions).

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share it only with services that help us run the institute (database and file storage, Razorpay for payments, WhatsApp/SMS and email providers), with franchise centres for their own students, or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Student records and certificates are kept so that certificates can be verified in future. Enquiries are kept as long as they are useful to answer you.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct your details (students can send a correction request from the dashboard) or to stop messages that are not about your course.

We use one login cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies.

Courses

Course details, fees and durations are shown on each course page. Classroom courses run at the institute (or a franchise centre) in the batch you choose. Online courses are video lessons you watch on this website.

Online courses

  • After a successful payment you get access straight away from Student Login → My Courses. The access period is shown on the course page (for example lifetime or 12 months).
  • Your account is for you only. Do not share your login, download, record or re-upload the lessons, or share lesson links. We may stop access if this happens.
  • Online lessons are delivered on this website; nothing is shipped.

Fees and payment

Prices are in Indian Rupees and include all charges shown at checkout. Online payments are made through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking and wallets). A receipt is added to your fee history after payment.

Certificates

Certificates are issued after you complete the course requirements and exam. Anyone can verify a certificate on our certificate verification page.

Partner centres

  • Joining is free (₹0). A partner centre pays ₹300 for each certificate that is issued to its student. Nothing is paid in advance and there is no wallet or deposit.
  • Certificates are issued by Guru Computer Institute only after the student completes the course and test and the head office reviews the request. They are private certificates with online verification, not government, NIELIT, NCVET or university qualifications.
  • The centre must teach genuinely, enter correct details and must not ask for blank, backdated or fake certificates. The head office may stop the centre panel if this happens.
  • The authorisation is for one year and is reviewed every year. The full terms are in the partner agreement signed by both sides.
  • If a centre leaves, certificates already issued stay verifiable on this website.

Certificate corrections and complaints

If a name, date or other detail on a certificate is wrong, the student or centre can ask for a correction with proof. A corrected certificate keeps its record on the verification page. For any complaint about a course, a centre or a certificate, call or WhatsApp us or email us with the details; we will look into it and reply.

Changes

We may update course content, schedules, prices and these terms. Prices already paid do not change.

Law

These terms follow the laws of India. Courts in Bijnor, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

When you can cancel a purchase and get your money back. Last updated: 30 October 2026.

Online courses

  • You can ask for a full refund within 3 days of buying, if you have completed less than 25% of the lessons.
  • After 3 days, or after 25% of the lessons, the course cannot be cancelled or refunded.
  • If you were charged but did not get access, or were charged twice, we refund the extra payment in full.

Classroom courses

Fees paid at the institute follow the terms given at admission. Please talk to the office before the batch starts if you want to cancel.

Partner centres

A certificate request that is rejected or cancelled before the certificate is issued is not charged. If a centre is charged twice or charged by mistake, the extra amount is refunded or adjusted in its next bill.

How to ask for a refund

Call or WhatsApp us, or email us with your name, Enrollment No. and order number. Approved refunds go back to the same payment method within 5–7 working days.
